Simple, speedy and delicious. This makes a great dessert or sweet snack.
Peel some pears and slice them in half. Place them on a tray and drizzle some olive oil over them. Place them in the oven at 180 for 10-15 minutes.
Melt some dark or plain chocolate. You can add some brandy or rum to the melted chocolate if you want to jazz it up a little for guests! It is also really nice (too nice!) served with some baileys ice-cream!
