Stuffed red pepper

I wanted to use up the remaining meat from the mushrooms, and  we did not feel like having pasta tonight. So I pulled a red pepper out of the fridge, cut the top off and placed it in the oven for 20 minutes.

(Making the mince: Fry some round mince steak with chopped red pepper and red onion on a pan with some garlic, and a tin of plum tomatoes. I added a tiny bit of cream because I wanted to use it up.)

When the pepper looks cooked, add the meat and top with some cheddar for the last few minutes.
