Tin of tuna (in brine)
Half a tub of light Philadelphia cheese
Half a jar of salsa or half a tin of spiced tomatoes
Put the ingredients into a pot and mix together on a low heat.
Serve with Doritos or Scoops, or put on a wholemeal pita bread.
People are always pleasantly surprised when they dip in and find out that the dip is warm!
Tinned tuna is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. This dip is quick and simple. It can be ready in less than 5 minutes!
This takes slightly longer. Make sure to chop the sausages into small pieces, and then cook in pot and add the Salsa and Philadelphia cheese. Mix well.
